Billing & plan management

Your plan is held on the first workspace you created — your billing anchor — and every other workspace you own inherits it. A client organisation an MSP manages inherits the MSP's plan, so clients never need a subscription of their own. Change plans yourself from the avatar menu in the top-right → Billing. MSP → Clients & Staff shows your managed-client usage against the plan ("X of Y managed clients included in your plan"). What each tier includes: owned workspaces — 1 on Free and Starter, 3 on Growth, 10 on Business, 25 on Scale, unlimited on Enterprise; managed clients — none on Free and Starter, 5 on Growth, 15 on Business, 50 on Scale, unlimited on Enterprise. The Microsoft 365 integration and the Fleet dashboard both need Growth or above, and the Free plan is capped at 10 hardware, 10 licences and 10 certificates. Downgrading is blocked while you're over the new tier's limits, but clients you already manage are never dropped.
