The Client QBR Pack
What's in it and how to schedule it.
4 min read
The Client QBR Pack combines executive KPIs, an inventory summary, spend and renewals (including spend by tag), what's due and the last 90 days of alert activity into one branded PDF built specifically for a client review meeting. Every category and status AssetSort tracks is listed, zeros included. It's built live from the organisation's current data every time you preview or download it, and it's the same pack the auto-email sends. If the organisation has a Microsoft 365 security assessment no more than 90 days old, the pack also picks up a Secure Score KPI and a security checklist section (the row shows a "Security checklist" pill when it will); a stale or missing assessment is quietly left out rather than presented as current.

The Client QBR Pack is the highlighted row at the top; its pills list what's inside (Executive KPIs, Inventory summary, Spend and renewals, What's due, Alert activity). The other reports sit below it in three lists.

Set up auto-email (optional)
Owners and admins (and, on a managed client, the MSP staff who manage it) see an "Auto-email to owners and admins" menu in the QBR Pack row. Set it from Off to Monthly or Quarterly and the pack goes out on the 1st of each period at 07:00 UTC. It goes to the organisation's owner and its admins; plain members aren't included. The email carries a "Download the PDF" link rather than an attachment: it opens AssetSort and downloads the pack as it was built that morning, so the link keeps working long after the email arrives. Once one has gone out, the row says when it was last sent.
