The report library

Below the QBR Pack, the report library is grouped into three lists, with a Search reports box above them. Most rows show a live headline (for example how many items are in service and expiring soon); AI Adoption and Alert Activity are built only when you open them. Inventory and hardware: Asset Inventory (everything grouped by category with expiring-soon highlights) and Hardware Lifecycle (devices in service older than a chosen age — 1 to 5 years, default 3 — with refresh value and end-of-life flags, and your spares listed apart, oldest first). Asset Inventory and the QBR Pack include a Spares section by type when you have spares. Spend and renewals: Subscription & Spend (monthly and annual spend, totalled per currency, with the next 90 days' renewals), Renewals & Expiries (in-service items only, counted as Home counts them: what's overdue and needs a decision, oldest first; what's due inside your alert window, soonest first; and devices past end of life, grouped by model) and License Utilization (paid Microsoft 365 seats held by people who have stopped signing in for longer than your Days without sign-in alert threshold, with the recoverable monthly spend priced as Fleet prices a seat — the licence's cost first, then the MSP's License costs, then Microsoft's list price as an estimate — and split into recoverable now and at the next renewal). Compliance and people: Device Compliance (Intune compliance, OS spread and check-in recency), People & Assignments (who holds what, and items still assigned to people who have left or whose accounts are disabled or removed), AI Adoption (Microsoft 365 Copilot uptake and idle seats) and Alert Activity (what was raised and cleared in the last 90 days, the slowest to clear, how alerts ended and which items keep coming back). Each can be previewed or downloaded individually with the same eye and download icons as the QBR Pack. Device Compliance, License Utilization and AI Adoption need a connected Microsoft 365 tenant and show "Needs Microsoft 365" until there is one; AI Adoption also needs the tenant to have granted access to Microsoft 365 usage reports — without it, building the report fails with an error. The rest work on manual data. Two more reports live with the screens they describe: the Security Assessment on Insights → Security and the fleet-wide licence waste report on MSP → Fleet.
