The report library

Below the QBR Pack, the report library is grouped into three categories. Inventory and hardware: Asset Inventory (everything grouped by category with expiring-soon highlights) and Hardware Lifecycle (ageing devices past a chosen age — 1 to 5 years — with refresh value and end-of-life flags). Spend and renewals: Subscription & Spend (monthly and annual spend, totalled per currency, with the next quarter's renewals), Renewals & Expiries (everything due inside your alert window) and License Utilization (paid Microsoft 365 seats held by people who have stopped signing in, with recoverable monthly spend). Compliance and people: Device Compliance (Intune compliance, OS spread and check-in recency), People & Assignments (who holds what, and items still assigned to disabled or removed users) and AI Adoption (Microsoft 365 Copilot uptake and idle seats). Each can be previewed or downloaded individually, the same way as the QBR Pack. Device Compliance, License Utilization and AI Adoption need a connected Microsoft 365 tenant; the rest work on manual data.
