Scheduling recurring reports

The Client QBR Pack can be set to auto-email the organisation's owner and admins on the 1st of the period. Owners and admins (and, on a managed client, the MSP staff who manage it) set the cadence from the auto-email menu in the QBR Pack row in Insights → Reports — Off, Monthly, or Quarterly. Monthly sends on the 1st of every month; Quarterly sends on the 1st of January, April, July and October, at 07:00 UTC. The email carries a link that opens AssetSort and downloads the pack built on the day it was sent. Recipients are the organisation's own owner and admin members — on a managed client, that means the client's admins, not MSP staff who have no seat there — and nothing is sent if there's nobody to send to. When you add a client, you can copy your MSP's report schedule to it from your configuration template. It's the only scheduled report — everything else in the library is generated on demand.
