The Client QBR Pack can be set to auto-email the organisation's owner and admins on the 1st of the period. Set the cadence from the dropdown on the QBR Pack card in Insights → Reports — Off, Monthly, or Quarterly. Monthly sends on the 1st of every month; Quarterly sends on the 1st of January, April, July and October. Nothing is sent if the organisation has no owner or admin to send to. It's the only scheduled report — everything else in the library is generated on demand.
