Calendar sync (.ics feed)
Subscribe your renewal calendar in Outlook, Google, or Apple Calendar.

The renewal calendar on your Home page can be subscribed to from your own calendar app as a separate, read-only calendar that refreshes automatically — it never touches your primary calendar, and it stays in sync without you doing anything after the initial setup. The feed covers roughly the last month and the next year of renewals, licence maintenance ends, certificate expiries, hardware end-of-life dates and warranty ends. MSP owners and admins get a second, fleet-wide feed on the Fleet renewal calendar covering every managed client at once.

Open "Add to your calendar" from Home
On the Home page's renewal calendar, use the "Add to your calendar" button to open the subscription dialog.

Create your subscription link
This generates a private URL tied to you personally. Treat it like a password — anyone with the link sees whatever the feed covers, which for the fleet-wide feed means every managed client's renewals and their costs. You can revoke it at any time, and generating a new link automatically revokes the old one, so there's only ever one live URL per calendar. Access is re-checked on every refresh: if you lose access to a client or leave the MSP team, the feed stops updating on its own.

Add it to your calendar app
Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste the URL. Google Calendar: Other calendars → From URL → paste the URL. Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription → paste the URL.

Give it a little time to appear
Calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own schedule, so new changes can take a few hours to show up — that's normal and not a sign something's broken.
