The MSP workspace

Switching between your org and managed clients.

4 min read

If your organisation manages other companies' IT, it's an MSP workspace. The MSP section in the sidebar (My queue, Fleet, Clients & Staff) only appears for MSP workspaces. My queue is every staff member's cross-client work list — technicians see only the clients they're assigned to, and the alert types on it follow each person's own My notifications choices (device, certificate and Microsoft 365 sync rules by default). The Fleet dashboard itself needs the Growth plan or above. Fleet is your cross-client overview — managed client count, total devices, unused seats, recoverable spend, a needs-attention list, and a per-client health table. Each client's own data still lives in its own isolated organisation; Fleet is a read-only rollup across them.

    Switch between workspaces

Use the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to jump between your MSP organisation and any client you have access to — each one has its own Hardware, Licences, Certificates and People, scoped to that client only.

    Check the Fleet dashboard

MSP → Fleet gives you the aggregate view: devices and seats across every client, a per-client table you can click into, and a needs-attention list ranked worst-first — broken Microsoft 365 connections, non-compliant or dropped devices and at-risk accounts above expiring app credentials and unused seats, with renewals due inside 14 days at the bottom.
