Each client organisation is its own workspace with its own Hardware, Licences, Certificates, People and Alerts — a client's own admins and members see only their own data, never your MSP workspace, other clients, or your fleet-wide view. The MSP fleet aggregate (MSP → Fleet) and cross-client search are only visible to MSP staff, and only for the clients they're scoped to.
