Cross-org fleet search
Find a device, person, or licence across every client.

The search bar in the top header (⌘K / Ctrl+K) searches devices (by name or exact serial), people (by name or exact email) and licences (by name); certificates aren't included. For MSP owners and admins on the Growth plan and above, it searches your MSP workspace and every managed client at once by default, with a scope picker to narrow it. Techs and read-only Users search across only the clients they're assigned to (never the MSP workspace), enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI; with one client or none assigned, the bar searches just the workspace they're in. Everyone else searches the workspace they're in. Names match from their start, and a search needs at least two characters. A cross-client search covers up to 25 organisations (your workspace included) and returns the first five matches (alphabetically) per organisation per record type, so it stays fast on a large fleet; narrow the scope when you need to go deeper.

Use the scope pill at the left of the search bar (or Change scope in the results) to pick organisations — or just the client you're currently viewing — then Apply.
