Cross-org fleet search
Find a device, person, or licence across every client.

The search bar in the top header (⌘K / Ctrl+K) searches devices, people and licences by name (certificates aren't included). For MSP owners and admins, it searches across every managed client at once by default, with a scope picker to narrow it to specific clients — techs only ever search the clients they're assigned to, enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI. A cross-client search covers up to 25 client organisations and returns the top few hits per client per record type, so it stays fast on a large fleet; narrow the scope when you need to go deeper.

Click the search bar or press ⌘K / Ctrl+K from any page. Results are grouped by client when you're searching across more than one.

Use the organisation-count pill next to the search bar to limit a search to specific clients, or to just the client you're currently viewing.
