Adding and managing client organizations
Provision a new client in minutes.
4 min read
Each client is its own fully isolated organisation. How many you can manage depends on your plan: none on Free or Starter, 5 on Growth, 15 on Business, 50 on Scale, and unlimited on Enterprise. The limit is checked when you link a new client — clients you already manage are never dropped if you downgrade. Unlinking a client later preserves all of its data and simply removes your staff's access to it; nothing is deleted.

Add or link a client
Add clients creates a brand-new client organisation from scratch — optionally seeded from your own configuration template (custom fields, categories, statuses, tags, branding), which you can re-apply later without overwriting anything the client has since customised. Link existing attaches an organisation that already exists (for example, one that used to be a standalone customer) instead. Linking takes two people: an MSP owner or admin, and the client organisation's own owner. An MSP can never absorb an organisation without the owner's action.
