Moving items to B-Stock
Retire hardware into your spares pool.

B-Stock is one of the three built-in hardware statuses (alongside Active and Retired), for equipment you're keeping as spares rather than actively deploying. Open the hardware record, edit it, and set Status to B-Stock, or select several rows in the Hardware list and move them together. The bulk move is only offered once B-Stock tracking is switched on for the organisation, and it skips devices synced from Microsoft 365 — Microsoft owns their status.
