Exporting your data as CSV

There are two CSV exports. From Tag Actions, select the tags covering the items you want, then use Export CSV in the Bulk actions panel to download everything matching as a spreadsheet — useful for audits, client handovers, or working with the data outside AssetSort. Settings → Activity Logs has its own export for the audit trail, over a date range you choose. There is currently no bulk CSV import — items are added individually or synced automatically from Microsoft 365.
