Recent changes to AssetSort, newest first.
- Calendar sync (.ics feed)
- Subscribe your renewal calendar into Outlook, Google, or Apple Calendar as a separate, read-only calendar that stays in sync automatically.
- Renewal & Expiry Horizon redesign
- The Home dashboard's renewal calendar and expiry list were unified across MSP and single-org views, with an overdue-first attention list.
- Tag Actions dashboard
- Tag Actions was rebuilt from a simple filter into a full scoped mini-dashboard — item stats, asset value, composition, and bulk operations in one place.
- Reports redesign
- The Reports page was rebuilt around the Client QBR Pack as the hero, with the full report library organised into clear categories underneath.
- Universal header search
- Search moved from an MSP-admin-only fleet tool to a search available to every user, scope-enforced for cross-client MSP search.
- Microsoft 365 app credential tracking
- Entra app-registration secrets, key credentials and SAML signing certificates now sync into a read-only App Credentials tab under Certificates, so an expiring integration credential surfaces before it breaks SSO or a connector.
- Device-based licence assignment
- Licences now consume seats through one lane — people or devices — with Microsoft's device-based SKUs detected automatically, so shared-PC licensing is counted correctly.
- Cross-organisation assignment
- MSP technicians can be assigned to a managed client's hardware, licence seats and certificates. The client sees only the tech's name and MSP affiliation — never their contact details.
- Source provenance
- Every record shows where it came from — Intune, Entra, both, or added by hand — including a "Left Intune" or "Left Microsoft 365" flag when a device stops being seen by Intune or Entra.
