What to include in a request.

Email support@assetsort.com, or use the contact form at /contact (choose the Support topic), for anything not covered in this Help Center. For a privacy request or complaint about how we handle your data, choose the Privacy topic (/contact?topic=privacy). Signed in, Contact support is also in the menu on a phone. Including your organisation name, what you were trying to do, and (if it's an error) roughly when it happened helps get to an answer faster. Support is also who to ask to move your account to a new email address or to reset a lost two-factor authenticator.
